Women MTB Coaching

MTB coaching sessions in a relaxed and pressure-free environment. Our courses are tailored to your group. We provide sessions for newcomers to the sport and more experienced riders wanting to enhance their mountain biking skills to the next level.

We have four levels of coaching starting with the key core skills all mountain bikers should master. From there you can build up all the way to jumps and drops.

Our sessions usually take place in the fantastic Clyne Woods, in Swansea.

What to bring

  • Mountain bike in good working order

  • Helmet (no helmet no ride)

  • Hydration pack

  • Water and snacks

  • Clothing & shoes appropriate for cycling and weather conditions on the day

  • inner tube (even if you use tubeless)

  • Mobile phone - in a waterproof case or plastic bag

  • Any medication you need
