Mountain Bike Coaching Sessions

Do you often feel you could ride harder, better, faster? You may know the technique - braking or cornering - but have you mastered the skills to go over roots and rocks; drops and jumps? In these sessions we will show the key points you need to know to perform a technique correctly. Join us in the Clyne Woods.

We have four levels of coaching starting with the key core skills all mountain bikers should master. From there you can build up all the way to jumps and drops.

What to bring

  • Mountain bike in good working order

  • Helmet (no helmet no ride)

  • Hydration pack

  • Water and snacks

  • Clothing & shoes appropriate for cycling and weather conditions on the day

  • inner tube (even if you use tubeless)

  • Mobile phone - in a waterproof case or plastic bag

  • Any medication you need
